Responsibilities:

Proactively generate leads by developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and referral sources.

Conduct meetings with potential clients to assess their mortgage needs and offer tailored loan solutions.

Originate and process mortgage loan applications, ensuring compliance with New Priority Lending Corp guidelines and federal/state regulations.

Meet or exceed the 2 loan closing monthly production requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.Meet or exceed the monthly requirement of two loan closings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Engage in self-driven marketing and promotional activities, including networking, community events, and social media outreach, to expand personal and company-wide loan origination opportunities.

Educate borrowers on loan products, rates, and terms while guiding them through the application process.

Negotiate loan terms and lock rates timely to minimize fall-out risks.

Maintain a database of prospective and past clients for ongoing marketing and follow-up.

Stay updated on industry trends, loan programs, and regulatory changes.

Work closely with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure smooth loan approvals.

Represent New Priority Lending Corp at networking events and community functions to enhance business development.

Perform other duties as needed to support company growth and operational efficiency.
Skills Required:

Strong sales acumen with a history of closing at least 2 loans per month.

Ability to quickly connect and build relationships with clients and referral partners.

Persuasive negotiation skills to influence and drive positive loan outcomes.

Strong ability to independently market and promote services through networking, community events, and social media to drive loan origination growth.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present loan options clearly to borrowers.

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.

Ability to analyze complex financial data and determine appropriate loan structures.

Resilient and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed production targets.

Commitment to exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the loan process.
Education & Experience Requirements:

Must have an active Federal and State MLO License in all states where business is conducted.

Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan origination experience with a proven track record in sales and loan closings.

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and investor guidelines (FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Jumbo, etc.).

Experience developing referral networks with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other industry professionals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and loan origination systems (LOS).
