A Day in the Life:

Your day will be a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Recruit, screen, and onboard top talent while managing orientation and benefits enrollment.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships by promoting products, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance recruitment, sales, and loan processes.

• Event Coordination: Organize and support recruitment events and career fairs to help expand outreach and attract top talent.​

What you bring to the table:

• You have a positive, proactive mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.

• You take pride in delivering exceptional support while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

• Your strong organizational and communication skills allow you to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Experience in the mortgage industry or a similar support role is a plus, and you’re eager to apply or expand your expertise.

• You’re familiar with mortgage tools and systems, or you’re ready to learn and master them.
